Terms of use

By installing or using NoDemores you agree to these terms. They're short, so please read them.

What NoDemores does

NoDemores lets you ring a group of people from your own phone at a time you choose, so they get a missed call as a reminder. Calls are placed by your phone through your mobile carrier.

Only call people who agreed

Use NoDemores only for people who agreed to receive these reminders, such as members of your club, class or family. Don't use it for advertising, sales, calling strangers, harassment or anything illegal. Automated or unwanted calls are restricted by law in many countries, and you are responsible for the calls made from your phone.

Call costs

Calls use your SIM. If someone answers before the app hangs up, your carrier may charge for the call. Carriers may also limit phones that make many short calls. You are responsible for your phone plan and its costs.

Plans and payments

• The free plan has limited groups and people per group. Paid plans raise these limits for the period you buy.
• Prices are shown in the app and on this website. You pay with PayPal or UPI using the reference code shown in the app; the plan starts once the payment has been checked.
• Plans don't renew automatically. When a plan ends, the free limits apply again; your groups are kept.
• If something went wrong with a payment, contact support with the reference code and we'll sort it out.

No guarantee

We work hard to make every run ring on time, but phones, carriers and Android battery settings can delay or block calls. NoDemores is provided "as is", without a guarantee that every call will be placed. Don't rely on it for emergencies or safety.

Changes and ending

We may update the app, these terms and the prices. Changes to prices don't affect a plan you've already paid for. You can stop using NoDemores at any time by uninstalling it.
