Better Living GroupBLG Account
Delete your account
One BLG Account signs you in to every Better Living Group app. Deleting it deletes your data in all of them.
In the app
- Open any BLG app you're signed in to (for example NoDemores or The Motivated Inc.).
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. You're signed out on every device.
By email
If you can't open an app, write to better.living.frankfurt@gmail.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my BLG Account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email, picture and Google account id.
- Everything you saved in every BLG app (quotes, groups, contacts, birthdays, saved jobs, …) and your settings.
- All your sign-ins.
What is kept
- Payment records for paid plans, as long as tax law requires.
- Copies in our backups, until the backups are replaced in the normal cycle.
Data you kept without signing in stays only on your device; uninstalling the app or clearing the browser removes it. More in our privacy policy.
